Positive: Debra had included a lot of little touches in the property that came in handy. The cottage was exceptionally clean.
Negative: The rooms were quite light in the mornings. Also we thought the grass garden was included in the property but it is just the shingle area with a table and chairs.

Positive: The cottage was very comfortable and cosy and the location was perfect for what we wanted. The cottage was modernised slightly but still had lots of character. The hosts provided plenty of information on places to visit and things to do in the area. Kitchen had most things that we needed and there was a good selection of books, boardgames and dvds for relaxing during the evening.
Negative: The bed was a little on the soft side for me personally but I can understand most people would have found it ideal for them.

Positive: Lovely location, exceptionally clean & well equipped, much more stylish than it looked in the photos. Tea bags & other random drink sachets provided plus bread, butter, milk & eggs. There is also a small freezer which I didn’t see listed in the description. Option to purchase any forgotten items like toothpaste. Excellent shower & quality towels & linens provided. Warm greeting from owner but then left alone but they were available for any queries. Would stay again.

Positive: The most picturesque location, surrounded by farmland and fields for as far as the eye can see. The owners have thought of every little detail. Literally a home from home.

Positive: Clays View was a truly exceptional find. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Very clean, homely, fully kitted out, absolutely perfect. Great touches, like milk in the fridge and a selection of board games and local info. The location was spot on. So cosy and warm.

Positive: Picturesque, quiet and safe location, private on site parking, lots of lovely walks nearby. Accommodation was cosy for a family of 4 and 1 year old (cot and high chair available), downstairs living room and kitchen area is open and spacious, sofas recline. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Lots of games and books to read, plenty of maps and guides for things to do in the area. Nice little touches in the house, nightlights, torches, umbrellas. Having an honesty box and household essentials for sale.
Negative: All the mattresses were very soft and 1 of the single bed mattresses sank in the middle so was uncomfortable to sleep on. The fridge is about 50cm3, very small to keep enough food for a family of four, for more than 1 day.
