Summary: We had a great time staying here with two other families. Two bedrooms on top floor for one family, and four bedrooms on the second floor were shared between two other families. There was a concert at the park that we were able to enjoy from the house when we opened the porch doors. The screened in porch was great for the kids to eat without worrying so much about mess. Lots of space to play on the first floor! Parents enjoyed watching sports or relaxing on the front porch during nap times. We’re pretty picky about cleaning and wish the kitchen and bathroom floors and counters had been scrubbed down better but there’s only so much you can do to keep sand outside at the beach. The wagon in the shed was clutch for toting all our stuff to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: we arrived to find the air out on the first floor but Chesapeake property's was on it they put in some portable units to keep it cool . the house was perfect for our large family group . the children had plenty of room to play . the beach chairs were a welcome addition to the house . it could use some new cookware the pans were not in the best shape but we made it work . thanks for a wonderful stay !

The house has everything you need and then some. Everything is comfortable and clean. The deep front porch is the perfect place to read and the screened in porch in the back is a wonderful place for meals. Will definitely stay here again.
