Summary: We checked in on Christmas day and checked on on New Years day. Nice location with beach access right across the street. New flooring has been installed in the house but it's a dark color which made the overall house very dark. The inside is more along the lines of a cabin and could go for the walls and ceiling being painted with a brighter color. Nice place and the kitchen is well stocked but make sure that you bring extra dish towels. Also, be careful walking in the yard with bare feet. The yard is covered in burrweed and they hurt if you get one stuck in your foot. Definitely would stay again but I'd like to see some upgrades to the decor. Nights are very calm and not a lot of traffic especially for that time of year. Bedding was ok but the mattress felt fairly old. For a week stay it was ok though. Overall pretty happy with our getaway for the holidays.

Summary: This was such a typical, old school, beach house and we loved it. Yes, there is only one full bathroom upstairs, but a huge bathroom downstairs which we relegated the men to. The location was perfect, you can walk to Whaley's (huge plus) and we saw deer in our backyard every night. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We rented this house because it boasted 2.5 bathrooms. Upon check in we discovered there is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Doesn’t do well with a party of 4 grown folks. The house suited the need but could stand to be updated.

Summary: This house is a classic old beach house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed (except for linens - which was my fault because I didn't check that before we arrived.) Great location - right across from the beach access. And on the corner of a side street so we could easily use a golf cart. Loved it!
