Seaview/Upper level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Lower Unit is also available on VRBO#2039709
The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Summary: Great spot. Plenty of room for 5 people. Very easy check-in process and hosts were great. Absolutely cannot beat this location - 60 second walk to both the beach and restaurants/bars.

Summary: Love this place. Not huge but perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars and also have a great view of the water. Plus the property manager Melanie is really great. And it’s very clean! Third time staying here. Will do it again for sure!

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend in this fantastic Wrightsville Beach condo. We really enjoyed the stay and we were a short walk to the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, and was well appointed with everything we needed. I'm a stickler for beds, and these were excellent with really nice pillows, sheets, etc. We would stay here again for sure.

Summary: The property was perfect and clean. We walked with 2 and 4 year old to pizza, ice cream, grocery and the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Manager was very helpful in replacing a broken umbrella immediately.

Summary: Thankful for my crazy husband who likes to sign up for IronMan races because our family gets to go along for the ride and find gems like this cozy beach cottage. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful beach, coastal coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. The house was comfortable, well-outfitted with everything we needed, and a wonderful place to stay for a fun getaway.
