Positive: Amazing pool!! Super kind staff, even gave us a gift bag when we checked in.

Negative: Didn’t provide much in the rooms. No toiletries, soap, extra towels, extra blankets, etc.

Positive: it was a very comfortable and quiet place the indoor pool was good. the staff was nice.

Negative: the lighting around the pool could have been a little bit more. and wirl pool could also have been warmer. the coffee maker in our room didn't work and my booking said there was a breakfast that we never saw. that we have to be given a second set of card keys because our stopped working on the second day. and I missed having a hot tub.

Summary: It was Nice place to sleep.

Positive: Waterfall is nice.

Negative: The room we got smelled of cigarette smoke and was so far from the desk (and we were really tired) that we basically just had to put up with it. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector and one would think that the maid would have noticed that, removed it (or have someone remove it) and told the front desk so the room could be cleaned and aired out after the smoking so the next guests would not have to deal with that.

Summary: Other than the extreme smell of the cigarette smoke in the room, it was fine.

Positive: A bit if the pool and we appreciate that there were towels. Our car was safe in the parking lot overnight.

Negative: The property is rundown overall. The walls are paper thin. I didn’t feel safe when entering the property with all the questionable people around. The pool has some hair and water in the pool was not heated. Breakfast comes in a brown bag and you have to ask for it.

Positive: The personnel were extremely polite and helpful with information, such as directions, etc. We didn't have the opportnity to use the pool but it appeared extremely clean.

Negative: We were upgraded to a poolside room but instead of a king, all that was available was a queen... not bad but a little small even for a queen. It was apparent that only a portion of the facility was being used. Also, we received a " Breakfast Bag" instead of having a buffet available. I question if this practice really saves any money for the corporate entity that is in charge of this facility but makes more work for those locally in charge!

Summary: Applaud those working here, as they are your best advertisement!
