Positive: Federica is so nice, welcomed us and gave all the information we needed. The apartment was impecable, cleanliness 10 points. Very good location, 5-7 min walk from Pisa Centrale and 15-20 min walk to Leaning Tower/Center. Bedroom is on the third floor, stairs can be an issue if you have mobility problems, but it was ok for us and we had a wonderful time in Pisa and a very pleaseant stay !! Thank you Federica!!!!

Positive: This is a wonderful three-level apartment, very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing is to keep in mind that the stairs between the floors are quite steep and not very wide. Everything was perfect for us. High ceilings, perfect cleanliness, soap, shampoo, towels, blankets... The owner is extremely kind, attentive and sweet

Positive: Federica couldn’t have been more helpful. Her suggestions of places to visit and restaurants were excellent. The little house is a perfect base, close to the train station, 20 minutes walk from the airport and a short stroll to the river and the tower. It’s the perfect place to stay as a couple or friends. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and even with some building work opposite, it was super quiet. I absolutely intend to return.

Positive: Everything was as described. We traveled as a family of 4 adult’s. Kitchen is on the ground floor,2nd floor is the lounge/bathroom ,TV and a sofa that turns into a bed , top floor is the main bedroom/bathroom No problem for us still had the space but if travelling with friends there is not a door between the top floor and second floor stairwell . Great location to the train station,10 minutes away by foot , we went to Florence for the day and it was around €18 return each ,we did single tickets each way so we could come back when we wanted and did not cost anymore doing it this way . Hop on and off bus goes from outside McDonald’s opposite the train station in Florence. Just remember to validate your train ticket from the machine before getting on the train at the validation machine. Leaning tower of Pisa 45 minutes walk away from the property. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything was there if you wanted to . Bathrooms lovely and showers good . Bedding and towels provided Fantastic restaurant 5 mins away from the property . Near to the property is the shops and if you go over the bridge there are lots of restaurants , but also a fantastic restaurant 5 mins walk from the property. Airport 10mins away by taxi Restaurants will call taxis for you if you don’t want to walk or you need to flag one down yourself. Property is excellent for anyone with no mobility issues but would not advise for anyone who has poor mobility only due to the stairs to both upper floors as narrow and steepish but normal for this sort of property. Our host was very nice and helpful . It was very hot,34 degrees day and night, the property had two free standing fans but our host brought us another one to the house. If you forget your toiletries there is some at the property, we took some but left behind what we didn’t use . We asked if a taxi could be booked on our behalf to the airport for a our return flight and this was all done for us. We would definitely return and recommend .
