Positive: This is a really great apartment - spacious, clean, and bright. Well equipped with everything you might need. It was wonderful to have the filtered kitchen tap that provided both flat and carbonated drinking water. There was closet space, a washing machine, and a very comfortable bed with lots of blankets to keep cozy. TV in both rooms. Flavia is a lovely and friendly host and met me at the apartment and provided a map and lots of helpful info. The building is nice with an elevator and the location is perfect. It's a 5-minute straight walk from the train station, which also has the airport express, and it's right on the main pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants. It's a pleasant walk to the river and all the sights. Highly recommend.

Negative: I found it a bit chilly inside the apartment because of the rainy weather, but there is no access to heat until mid-November.

Positive: - Very comfy stay, right into the shopping street - Easy access to litterally all important landmarks in Pisa - Very clean - Host was very kind and helpful! - The bed is comfortable - Had all appliances I needed - Being able to open up the windows is lovely when you relax in the room - Plenty space to store your stuff, and a well locked up room - The AC is very nice to have!

Negative: - Even with the AC it gets a bit warm sometimes, just do be aware of that or up the mode some! - It can be a bit noisy from the hallway in the morning. But nothing too bad. The host has earplugs for that or the street in front though! So very thoughtful, but still noticeable if your ears don't like plugs.

Summary: Comfortable with everything you'd probably need for a stay. The AC can be a lifesaver!

Positive: Amazing location - next to the train station (and from there express transfer to the airport for 6.5 euros). The location is right at the beginning of the pedestrian street. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. Amazing and hospitable host Flavia.
