Positive: Plain simple and clean good value for money and great location with alot of the attractions within 5 mins walking distance like the kok floating saunas

Negative: Could be a tv in the room but still very clean and good value and there was tv lounges dow the stairs

Positive: We booked 2 rooms — 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The twin bed room was spacious, while the double bed room felt quite small, including the bathroom. The twin room faces the tram line, and the double room faces the office. Both are quiet and comfortable. Everything is self-service, from check-in and key collection to check-out. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station, Opera House, Karl Johans gate (shopping area), souvenir shops like Waynor, coffee shops, and halal food options.

Negative: The lift is very slow, but we found another lift with a red door — older but works fine, a nice little hack to move faster. Hotel guests get 10% off meals at the café, though the menu choices are limited.
