Positive: We really enjoyed the whole experience. Before our arrival, we were sent clear instructions on where to find the keys and where to park the car. We were also allowed to check in at 12:00 instead of the usual 15:00, which was a great bonus. I especially appreciated the complimentary chocolates. The place is equipped with everything a visitor might need in a home. There was also a variety of toiletries provided, including toothpaste, brand-new toothbrushes, and more—perfect in case a guest forgets something. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Nottingham, and I highly recommend it to others. Thank you again!
