Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s central location was convenient, and the room was impressively spacious.

Negative: The rooms were not soundproof, so I could clearly hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms both during the day and at night. This made it difficult to sleep, which was especially frustrating since I had work the next day. Aside from the noise issue, the room itself was comfortable.
