Positive: The location let us get to most of the sights easily with tram stations very close by and food stores etc all within walking distance.The view from the top floors was wonderful as was the apartment’s presentation.

Negative: The four flights of stairs were strenuous with suitcases.

Positive: The kitchen had almost every utensils you need. The bed was comfortable and the staff is reachable when there are any issues. We forgot the property keys inside the property and the woman send us a staff in between an hour to get back inside in the property.

Negative: The property wasn’t clean I had to vacuum clean the property because there were flying a looot of dust on the ground. The bed sheets were dirty like nobody cleaned it before. We found a lot of different hairs on the sheets and also on the bed itself like grey hairs, beard, eyebrows and woman hairs. We seen all that before laying in bed.

Summary: All in one we would never book this property again because even though how nice the staff was, they didn’t even offer us

Positive: It’s on the top floor. Nice place with many restaurants and bars nearby. I booked the place for my friend who visited me from England, he liked the place a lot.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The apartment was very large and modern for the price of the stay. It is a perfect place for couples as the bed is large, there is a TV right in front of the bed, and the area has plenty of great bars (take out cash though as it appears most places almost exclusively take cash).

Negative: The door was a bit tricky to open and often took a few tries. I cut my hand slightly on it, but that was out of frustration and trying to turn the handle constantly.

Summary: Great place to stay. Great apartment, unbelievably soft bed, and good area to get to the centre!

Positive: We wish every rental apartment was this nice! Check-in was easy and the apartment is spacious with all the amenities we needed, including a wonderful big bed, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room for our toiletries in the bathroom. Janina even made a baby chair available for our 1-year-old. Very much appreciated. The Viertel district was lovely and had lots of restaurants and supermarkets. It was also super easy to get into the city centre.
