Summary: Very clean and comfy!

Summary: We enjoyed the view of Sydney Harbour from our room. Room was very clean. We slept well every night, it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was a bit slow and unfortunately the staff couldn't tell us which lunch spots were open on the weekend. Parking offered by Citadines was too expensive, we found on street parking but had to walk a long way.

Summary: Staff were so helpful and friendly. They allowed me to use the showers in the gym before check out and before my flight home. Generally couldn't talk highly enough of the hotel. The view i had on the 23rd floor was amazing, catching some of the Harbour bridge. Its also a very quiet hotel and the location is great with train/metro's very nearby.

Summary: Great location. Wonderful accommodation and atmosphere. Room spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Responsive staff. Would return next time in Sydney.

Summary: Clean room and friendly staff. However they were severely understaffed in the breakfast section and I believe it could have been run more efficiently with more people.

Summary: Beautifully appointed room and very comfortable. The only fault being that the lighting was terrible in the bathroom and elsewhere in the room for applying makeup, and as we were in Sydney to attend a wedding we wanted to look our best. As a family we were in 3 seperate rooms and the problem was the same in each room, so I can only imagine it is the same in every room.

Summary: Stay was great, only downside was the air conditioner couldn’t get the room cold enough. Room was super clean, a bit dark and moody and could use a bit more light. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
