Positive: The property has everything you could possibly need and is situated in the heart of the city and within the famous Cafe Apartments building. I feel lucky to have stayed there. Thank you Martin in particular for the hospitality and local wisdom.

Positive: Location was great in a building that's filled with instagrammable cafes. But that also means that you are living in a commercial building. We were fine with this because the accommodations was situated in a corner, and it was so easy to "roll" from cafe to cafe and back to our rooms. It is also situated on one of the main roads of the city. It is not your usual hotel but for us, that makes the place quirky and interesting.

Negative: The entrance to the building is filled with motorcycles. This is normal for this kind of building in Vietnam but does not make for an attractive entrance. There is only one lift and because it is such a popular building, unless you are willing to take the stairs, you will have to queue sometimes.

Positive: Location is awesome with watching walking st from the balcony. Room is good quality and clean. Communication from host was awesome with the payment and refund of the bond easy and fast. Overall very good.

Negative: Elevator takes a really long time and takes some planning. Makes access to room difficult. The cafe noise above is very loud, but this stops around 9 or 10pm then it is little noise after that.

Positive: The location cannot get any better than this. Guests literally live at the heart of the city and every single attraction is within a walking distance.

Negative: The property is on the 7th floor (or 6th based on the local numbering system) of a rather touristy building with a small elevator. Wait time to get up and down could be long. That said, it is not the property's fault. It's just the way it is and I was happy to work around it.
