Positive: We had such a lovely time staying with Benito and Sandra - they are kind and attentive hosts, and helped us out big time when we lost our car keys. The place is clean and quiet. It's a little removed from the city - but you can travel by bus into La Spezia, or it's also fine if you have a car. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it if you'd like an experience staying with kind, local people, VS a busier touristy place.

Positive: A beautiful location with wonderful views. Property accessed by a very steep drive but with a well-lit, up-market entrance. Incredibly friendly owners (although the communication is via their son). Beautifully decorated.

Negative: No air-con - wasn't really a problem - high-speed fan on the ceiling was a little noisy though.
