Summary: The booking process was very efficient. Paolo was responsive to thousands of questions we had. The villa is in perfect location and well decorated. The comfort level was high. We couldn't have asked for better living arrangements. We would have given more stars if it allowed.

Summary: The apartment was spacious, clean, Beautifully presented and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is good for parking and access to Montepulciano . Fabulous view. Supermarket within walking distance. Lovely hosts, very accommodating.

Summary: An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano.

Summary: Our hosts were very communicative for our pre-arrival, ensuring we understood the closest and easiest parking. We arrived and parked in P1: free 05/11-06/03. Easy walking distance to the townhouse. The home is beautifully decorated with the owner’s travels. All things necessary are here and at your disposal: cooking, laundry, and relaxing vistas. Several meals were prepared here with ease. The dishwasher made quick work of cleanup. Should there be a need, your host is a text message away and responds quickly. There is plenty of sunshine to start your day and church bells ring to signal time. The location could not be better. Park the car and forget it: walking distance to Codan grocery, the lower Porto of Montepulciano, and, we even walked to San Biagio. Quiet, off the main via, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy Montepulciano. THIS IS THE VRBO for you!

Summary: Paolo was very good about communicating through the app if you’re familiar with doing that. The property was just as listed and very clean. Had a beautiful view. The ability to do laundry was nice. Parking is free but a steep walk downhill and not always available. The property is very near shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again visiting Montepulciano.
