Positive: Lovely cottage has everything you’d need. Lots of space and a courtyard garden for sunny days. Parking right outside for one car so convenient. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Nice and warm with underfloor heating. Strong WiFi which is great.

Positive: Beautifully decorated and furnished. Location

Negative: The only thing I thought would improve the garden, is to have a small fence/trellis to screen you off from the neighbour, just where the dining area is, as only a tiny partition wall , and both sides can see each other, as while you are outside having a drink or eating at the picnic bench, there is no privacy, and we avoided it after 1st night as no privacy.

Summary: Lovely cottage in a beautiful village, but the lack of privacy in garden would stop me booking there again.

Negative: The downstairs wasn’t clean, very sticky/dirty floor. Think it had been a Christmas party judging by the glitter! The back second bedroom wasn’t to the same standard as the other rooms. Signs of damp and inadequate insulation.

Positive: This was a gorgeous cottage in a lovely little village. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed… apart from matches to start the log burner!

Negative: No matches so couldn’t use the log burner but after reading the welcome pack we understood it was due to health and safety
