Positive: Location was outstanding. The property was finished to a very high standard and very well equipped. The garden and parking were a bonus.

Negative: The church bells, whilst charming, went every 15mins through the night. If you are a light sleeper, pack your ear plugs.

Positive: Beautiful decor, very comfortable and welcoming. Very well equipped. Ideal location.

Negative: The only negative was the bird muck on the cars and in the back garden. Could a canopy be put over the car parking spaces?

Negative: Lounge TV very small and not easy for everyone to see. Couldn't get TV upstairs to work. Very hard to see keysafe - it is dark at 4pm in Winter. Would have been helpful if outside light could have been left on.

Negative: Had no hot water on second day so unable to have showers and had to keep boiling kettle for hot water
