Summary: A last minute booking and arriving within half an hour , found the room to be comfortable, immaculate and warm. Plenty of room for parking, private lane . Breakfast was amazing , fresh orange juice, perfect fry, toast and plenty of tea, all served on a lovely hot plate . Will definitely be back

Summary: We needed somewhere close to the NEC, and I found this gem of stay. Super comfortable beds and cosy accomodation. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Millie was helpoful with local knowledge which made our stay even easier, I would happily book again for next year.

Summary: Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay.
