Summary: Reasonably sized room but more basic than expected and a view of the car park wall. No coffee or tea facility in the room and broken hair drier. Staff need better training on customer care and what facilities the resort offers.

Summary: We came with our kids to have some quiet pool time before our daughter’s surgery in SB the next morning. Upon arrival they informed us that not only are 21 and under not allowed at the pool, they’re not allowed anywhere on property aside from the lobby and outdoors access to a sports bar. So our kids were confined to the hotel room. This is in the fine print at the bottom of the email confirmation for the room, so hard to find and where no one reads. Such a waste of money, I wish we never stayed here. Not to mention - we looked at the pool and not only was the pool bar closed, not a soul was in there. Zero stars, felt deceived.

Summary: Everything in our stay was great. The front desk girl that checked us in was nice but I wished that she would tells us a little about the hotel. She knew it was our first time there and she did not informed us anything about it. I had to asked a housekeeping lady who was super nice where the casino was located. She gave us more information about the food options, swimming pool etc. SHE BASICALLY DID THE FRONT DESK job.

Summary: Overall, we like the hotel and our stay. The only issue might be that most areas are restricted to kids under 21. That includes the dining, shop, and pool.

Summary: The hotel room was very nice, we spent two days in the pool area. Very clean enjoyed the pool area. Pool was a little cold very disappointed in the restaurant upstairs food was not to our liking.

Summary: Room and location were good. The only thing we took issue with was that they wouldn't extend our check out 15min since we had overslept, leaving us to have to rush out of the room to avoid extra charge

Summary: Had a great time. Went to the pool and hot tub.. bad part it closes at 9pm for a 21 and over only pool it should be open later than 9pm.

Summary: Good stay. Very nice room. Parking is somewhat odd and service was a bit uneven, but overall the place is new, the rooms are good sized, and the condition of the rooms is very good. The guests are typical of casinos in the areas.
