Positive: I had a very comfortable stay at Chtaura Park Hotel. I booked the hotel during the escalation in Lebanon, and throughout my stay I found it to be very secure, well managed, and welcoming. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the breakfast service. The hotel offered a good variety of breakfast options, delivered directly to the room, with the flexibility to customise the meal according to personal preference. This added a great level of comfort and convenience. The reception staff were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. I would particularly like to highlight Bashar, who was outstanding. He was always available to assist, welcomed guests with a smile, and made every effort to create a warm and homely atmosphere. The room service staff also provided excellent support. They were consistently available, attentive, and maintained the room to a very high standard of cleanliness. This was my first visit to Chtaura Park Hotel, but it will certainly not be my last. It has now become one of my favourite hotels, and I would gladly recommend it to others.

Positive: Breakfast is good. I enjoyed my stay at Chtaura Park Hotel.

Negative: I didn’t like the driver who recommended by the hotel. We went Aanjar to visit the Ommayyad City, he took us to a restaurant first. After explaining to the staff in the restaurant where we would go, the driver took us to the right place. I was not satisfied with what the driver was done.

Summary: Comfortable staying. Recommended!
