Positive: The location of the apartment is perfect! The view, the pool, the host is helpful! It is a perfect place to come in order to rest a bit, enjoying the sunsets with the view on the Ohrid lake. If you come by car, be careful, the road is uphill and quite narrow sometimes, but I'm pretty sure that if you have enough driving xp - not a problem at all. We came by bus, and in case of such journeys - make sure to catch a local bus from Ohrid. It goes uphill to the village, so you would not have to go uphill on foot as we did, haha. And the host was also very helpful! He drove us to the bus station on the day of our departure! Thanks for everything!

Positive: Brandnew set of apartments in Elshani (entrance of the village), everything new and sparkling clean. Exterior still a bit unfinished but that should change soon. Apartment was modern with clean minimalist interior. Comfortable bed and powerful aircon (definitely needed in August). Bathroom is spacious and the shower is great! Apart from that there’s a fridge and a kettle in the living room. The pool has a great sunset view! Definitely our highlight of the accommodation. The area is quiet and we were the only guests staying there. So perfect for relaxing. If you stay here, then have dinner in nearby Konjsko which is reachable via a very beautiful 1 hour hiking trail from Elshani. There’s not much to do in Elshani itself but it’s a great base to explore the National Park on foot. There’s a small mini-market in the village and some of the larger guesthouses might have restaurants.

Negative: It’s still a bit unfinished and some final touches are missing like cushions for the sun loungers, information on what to do in the area etc.

Positive: Amazing Hosts, they were really good and helpful with everything that we needed, the location is on a perfect hill from where you can see the whole lake, and there was a new pool that was amazing where you can swim and watch the whole lake from it (wonderful view), everything was amazing, we will definitely come again here! 10 out of 10 for everything!!
