Positive: Immaculately clean room, really comfortable bed, good WiFi, great aircon, fan, kettle with coffee sachets, shower gel and shampoo. Staff were absolutely fantastic, all so lovely and helpful! Cats were cute! Perfect place to stay especially if you’re planning a few days in the jungle, as returning to this clean, cool and well laid out room is a dream after a few nights in a hammock!

Positive: Pretty clean bungalows at the edge of town. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to make you happy. Able to fix tours last minute! The owner is fluent in English, which is great if you want to learn more about the area and the Bunong people. Laundry is inexpensive and done well. Lots of animals around and plenty of fruits.

Positive: Stayed here 2 nights whilst visiting the elephant valley project. Staff were so friendly and helpful (organising tuk tuks and onward bus tickets for us). The rooms were comfortable and modern. The food is also very delicious!

Negative: Slightly out of town really only reachable by tuk tuk

Positive: The place absolutely really nice around area clean family really nice with happy cat and robin the food abit pricy but it can get to people full no fridge but don’t need one sitting area with fresh air don’t want to leave but just need too want to back again

Positive: The staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful in organizing all our trips. The bungalows are new, very clean and well kept with all needed amenities. Breakfasts and dinners were very tasty! They were also very helpful with the laundry. We can only recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy the region away from the chaos of Sen Monorom. Thanks again to all the family! Plus: there are 8 very cuddly kittens and a lovely shy doggo!

Positive: - Very quiet No chickens after 4 a.m., no barking dogs at night, no street noise. - All things new - Everything is as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. - Good free WiFi in my room - Comfortable double bed 2 m long - Quiet air conditioning - Friendly: manager, his wife, employees - Manager and at the same time owner speaks English very well. - Helpful They had booked the minivan for me to the next town and the tour to the elephants. The minivan picked me up at the hotel. - Restaurant with very good food and not expensive. - Scooters for rent - In December you don't need air conditioning. - Manager is building a small gym at the entrance, but there is no construction noise.

Negative: - Extremely poor security When I returned on Sunday afternoon at 5 p.m., my room door wasn't locked. The manager told me that the cleaning lady forgot to lock the door. Anyone could have walked into my room and stolen all my luggage. If you have valuable items in your luggage, you should either stay in another hotel or ensure that your room door is always locked. - Far from shops, mini market, ATM, other restaurants. - Without the problem with my room door I would have given it 10 out of 10. That means exceptionally good.
