Positive: The location in Ximending is great. Rooms is a bit small but that is typical for Asian hotels. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Although breakfast is not included, they provide plenty of free snacks, instant noodles, and drinks which more than compensate. Besides, with so many great street food stalls and cafes nearby, who wants to eat in a hotel.
Negative: The bathtub with a shower curtain was awkward. The curtain does not prevent water from leaking onto the floor, and I think the tub also leaked because I always had streams of water on the floor. The floor tile does absorb the water but plastic slippers would be helpful

Positive: I love the location. It was close to everything we wanted to go, the hotel was safe and secure, the amenities included were beyond what I expected. An entire fridge full of local drinks and sodas plus a ramen bar was incredible. There were tons of small other benefits of booking through Cho Hotel and we couldn't have made it to the airport on time for our early flight if it wasn't for the airport shuttle system. Loved them
Summary: Loved it and would return on my next Taiwan trip
