After days filled with activities at the beach or enjoying the Encounter Bikeway at your doorstep the fantastic north facing deck with views to the hills is the perfect place to wind down and spend time with family and friends.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Summary: Excellent stay - the property was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and with great views over the valley and hills from its North facing balcony. However, provision of a coffee table in the upstairs living space would be a welcome improvement. There was a lack of adequate communication in the days before our arrival. We did not receive the expected email re key collection until after we had collected the keys.

The house was perfect, accommodated the range in ages from 2 years to 60 years very well, plenty of room with many areas, 2 living rooms, a balcony, table tennis in the shed and the quiet garden area. The house was well equipped with everything supplied. Highly recommend.
