Positive: Perhaps one of the best looking places for your stay in Guangzhou, with an italian plaza type entrance. The hotel looks special with it's gold shades windows. Here, everything is as it should, starting from the staff and moving forward to spacious clean rooms which have a lot of smart automated facilities that will impress you. Location is also great with restaurants, stores and a lot of public transport options.

Positive: Very friendly staffs, polite and professional. The hotel is always clean and well looked after.

Negative: Maybe it’s only the breakfast I have an issue with. Maybe a feedback from foreign visitors could give an idea how to balance it. Well I’m from the Uk maybe that’s why, however others may have a different opinion. Drinks and water served into the rooms are paid for, which we didn’t know. We only find out at the end of our stay. It wasn’t about the money, but giving visitors heads up, will definitely offer them the choice to choose rather than thinking it’s complimentary gesture.

Summary: My overall stay was execllent.

Positive: Excellent location near station for the metro to the airport and other parts of Guangzhou. Professional staff. Plenty of shopping and eating options nearby. Excellent breakfast buffet.
