Positive: I rarely give very high rating but this flat was really amazing and was higher than my expectations. The flat is relatively brand new. You can smell the new painting, woods, and the devices were still in their packaging. The flat doesn't have a kitchenette. It's really a well equipped modern kitchen with a huge microwave, kettle, 4 spot hob, big oven, wide spectrum of all glasses, cups, dishes, spoons, forks, plates, dishes and all cooking equipment. There is a sizable fridge with a freezer. All spaces are air-conditioned separately. There's an electric blinds, nice terrace, iron, ironing table, dishwasher, washing machine and 3 sets of TVs. There is no ever renting place or Airbnb flat equipped this way. I do highly recommend this place.

Negative: Nothing serious, the toilet bathroom is slightly tight and WiFi is not very fast. There is no mirrors in the rooms.
