3 Bedroom Cabin in Eagle Mountain, Ellijay

Beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom (King, king, queen), 3 bath cabin on 5 acres in highly desirable Coosawattee River Resort. Dog friendly, fenced yard, paved roads and easy access. Hot tub, screened porch, fireplace, WIFI, shuffleboard in loft. tankless water heater. NO CATS PLEASE, owner is highly allergic.

Main Floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 bath, Living Room with leather furniture, Dining area, Kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher, Large Screened porch, Gas grill, streaming via Roku
Upper Level: 1 King bedroom with private screened porch, 1 bath, loft with shuffleboard
Patio Level: 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bath, Hot tub outside.
Dogs are welcome. NO cats allowed.
Maximum occupancy including day guests is six (6) people. Children from age 1 and above are counted in the occupancy. All cabins require a cleaning fee, along with a Non-Refundable Processing Fee (which includes a Damage Waiver Fee for returning guests), Taxes are currently 18%. All rates and seasons are subject to change. Rates include the holiday and surrounding nights. Coosawattee River Resort charges a $59 gate fee for all reservations, plus a $20 resort fee paid through Sliding Rock Cabins and we submit it to the resort. If a reservation is made within 2 business days of arrival, the resort charges an additional $20. There is an amenity card provided for every reservation. If it is not returned to Sliding Rock Cabins, there is a $120 fee to replace it.
Coosawattee River Resort has implemented fines for certain behaviors while occupying the cabin. These fees will be charged to the guest, and guests agree to paying these fines via security deposit or authorizing a credit card charge:
- Reckless Endangerment, trash, littering; $150
-Noise complaints: $250 and above
-Discharge of Firearms & unattended fires $500
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. There was plenty of roome for us, two adult children and significant others as well as the family dogs. The layour is perfect and the fenced yard is great if you have pets. The cabin stayed warm with the heat and fireplace. We enjoyed the wildlife that visisted every day. the cabin was well maintained. Also Ellijay both old town and new town offered many thing to do.

Well appointed, exceptionally clean, quiet, relaxing...everything you need for a great weekend in the mountains. The back yard is fabulous for the pups with lots of area to run, explore and watch for deer (we saw some every day).
