Positive: The location was okay.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable. The windows are literally open and it was very cold at some points, because the heater was also not working properly. Also, it looks like they didn't clean it for a while, the dust was all over the place. To dry my clothes I had to put them in the machine for 3-4 times. When I rent something like this, I expect to be cleaned at least.

Positive: I chose this place because of how close it is to downtown STL, the zoo, Enterprise Center, the arch, and the botanical gardens. It's a central location that was a great "home base" for our stay and to all the locations we wanted to go to. The room was very clean and organized. Having everything in one room was like staying in a studio apartment. The layout made it convenient and easier for my husband and I to spend time with each other. I felt safe in the lodging with the code locks and felt safe with my vehicle being parked right next to the lodging. It truly felt like home away from home.

Negative: The instructions to get there were clear until we were one street away. It said to enter through Grand Blvd onto Park Ave, but the instructions brought us to a parking lot right below the lodging to another building. It is easier to drive through either before or after Park Ave, depending on which way you're driving in from. Going to sleep at night was difficult since the light peaked through the blinds. I would recommend having blackout curtains, especially for those who prefer complete darkness to sleep in.

Summary: This location will always be my first lodging choice for staying in STL!

Negative: Needed cleaning supplies for bathroom. There was hair and stuff on the wall and floor of shower
