Positive: Interior was nice - much better than the dreadful front door let you to expect!

Negative: Garden is in need of a total refurb The parasol fell on my friend causing concussion on day one of our stay I tried repeatedly to contact the owners but no one came until the day prior to our leaving and then to deliver paperwork they had printed for me I had held the parasol in place by relocating several concrete slabs which held the parasol in place - I am 78 years old! Even when told of the incident the owner Ty, did not even ask how she was! He supported the parasol with tape and left! He could not have cared less about my friends head injury

Positive: Comfortable house. With a patio with chairs and umbrellas to relax. Very cool. Excellent location. Close to the aquarium, Bush Garden and the zoo. Walmart, Starbucks, Publix, Ross, etc... all close by. Just across the street is the Save a Lot supermarket. Next to the river. Allowing for a nice walk. Spectacular. Whenever we needed, the host helped us quickly. I highly recommend it.

Negative: The stay met my expectations, so I have nothing relevant to say negatively.

Summary: great stay. I recommend it

Positive: Absolutely LOVED this place !! Me & my boyfriend stayed here for my birthday, which was well worth it. The place was cozy, comfortable & the host was very responsive/friendly. Very clean, had lots of stuff to use like cookware, shower wear, even beach items if you plan on making a trip to clearwater beach, which is only about an hour driving. It’s very hot in Tampa so central air definitely kept us cool and comfortable while avoiding the humidity from outside. The backyard was nice, probably my favorite part of the whole thing. The outdoor furniture was pleasant, along with walls for the perfect amount of privacy. Two bedrooms with very comfortable beds/sheets with robes & slippers that give a hotel feel. We both loved this place & will definitely consider booking again!

Negative: Some of the amenities were very wear & tear, microwave handle was half broken, a knob on the shower was also missing. No shower door, which wasn’t too bad but it did feel really cold while taking a shower. For people who aren’t too fond of bugs & critters, bring bug spray as you most likely will get bit or attacked by something with sitting in the backyard. Lots of little animals & birds which wasn’t a problem, I personally just hate bugs, so BEWARE (backyard only due to nature & trees)

Positive: Chic pad was cute, cozy and clean! Dallas the owner was welcoming and gave us a list of places to visit during our stay! Although it’s next to a busy highway the location was great, quiet at night and 10-15 minutes from downtown, Raymond Stadium, Hard Rock Casino, Amateur Works and more…

Negative: I loved everything about this property, I just have one suggestion, maybe add a portable fan to make it more comfortable at night, thermostat is set by the owner but it’s a lil warmer than expected at nights.

Summary: I’ll rent Chic Pad again when we’re visiting Tampa. Lastly love the bidet!
