Positive: The pool and the bedrooms were perfect.

Negative: The landscaping by the pool could have been better. WE HAD NO INTERNET THE ENTIRE TIME WE STAYED!!!!

Positive: I loved the aesthetic of the property, it was an almost-perfect host for me and my 2 good friends for a boys weekend. The master bedroom was really nice. We also appreciated the kitchen stocked with appliances. Loved the shower too.

Negative: The temperature of the Airbnb was very warm and couldn’t be changed (to my knowledge, I never asked but we tried). One of the rooms had a window ac unit, but it was old and didn’t work very well. Also, the pool had a good bit of dirt at the bottom of it, and I assume the cleanup fee is a little more. partially because of the pool. In my opinion, it should be really clean

Summary: Good, but with the little quality of life things, this would be the only Airbnb I’ll book when I’m in Houston

Positive: I loved the pool and also how big the house was.

Negative: I didn’t like that the security system was not working so we had to leave in and out through the garage. I did not like that refrigerator was completely out I could not keep my food cold I had to throw away over $100 worth of food. My food was spoiled even inside the freezer 2 bags of my ice melted into a puddle of water!

Summary: It was a fair stay but the price should’ve been negotiated with all the problems I’ve had.

Positive: Pool was a good size It’s a large place Well equipped kitchen AC was powerful Beds were comfortable Lots of towels, including separate pool towels Quiet street Nobie’s restaurant is very close

Negative: Freezer didn’t freeze (couldn’t make ice and ice creams melted) Ice maker didn’t work The deck around the pool is in very pool condition with a few boards totally rotten (holes in them) Others are about to rot through. Unsafe IMO. The incinerator didn’t work (was fixed during stay) Side door was off track and could not close and lock (fixed during stay). AC uses fancy thermostat that keeps resetting to 70 at different times of the day. Frying pans are in poor shape. Place is clean-ish, but floors need a proper clean (vacuum and mop) and bathrooms need a proper clean.

Summary: Hit and miss. Pretty good place but needs some TLC and maintenance to make it great.
