Positive: Location is excellent for getting all around the area - from Warwick itself, to various canal locations, Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-avon. Local pub and cafes were close at hand and had good food at really reasonable prices. A five to ten minute drive and you can find more fine dining options. Property itself is larger than it looks from photos and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfy - and in the recent very hot weather a good night's sleep isn't always easy! Bathrooms well kitted out too. A nice welcome pack of wine and snacks was a bonus. Check-in details from the host were very good. Clear directions to the location and parking and - a rare thing - a key box that you can actually find, and it works! Bonus points for that. A couple of small maintenance issues were dealt with extremely promptly. We didn't actually expect that at all when we told the host, but someone was round to fix it the same day. That's outstanding these days.

Negative: This is purely a personal thing and wouldn't affect most people...it would have been good to know that there were two flights of stairs to the apartment. I know the small print details say that the 'top floors are accesible only by stairs', but it doesn't actually make the point that the apartment is on the top floor in the main details. I have issues with fatigue, so getting up them at the end of a days walking was an extra struggle. That said, it's only two flights and wouldn't bother most people. TV was a pain. Again, many people are used to streaming on their phones and have passowrds ready to go. We don't, so trying to access something to watch was...a challenge.

Summary: Excellent. Beautiful apartment. Good, handy location.

Positive: Loved how luxurious the apartment felt as soon as you walked in. It was very clean ans beautifully decorated. This was home from home and had everything we needed to make our stay special. Walking distance to Warwick town centre. Station very close by for us to get the train to Stratford upon Avon, which is a must visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was very good. Would love to go back to Warwick and stay at this apartment again.

Positive: The property was very nice, within walking distance of a good canalside pub.

Negative: The en suite shower was very hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature which made it difficult to use. Please let Tina know so that other customers don't have an accident using it!
