Positive: Beautiful terrace, comfortable bed, bright inside, kitchen had everything you need. Very close to the town. People have mentioned the stairs - they are quite steep, but it’s a private entrance to the property which I liked. Someone mentioned turning the main entrance lock the other way to ‘normal’ & that helped me too. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Negative: The entrance door can be tricky to unlock, but once you realise they open by turning the locks clockwise, it's a bit easier! Bathroom smells a bit damp at times.

Positive: A real gem of an apartment offered by a generous host The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The walk-in shower worked really well, as did all of the equipment. The outside terrace was excellent. Parking nearby was easy to find. The area was quiet. The location of the property was superb. It is only a shot walk across a footbridge to the centre of lovely Perpignan. It is a 15-minute drive to the nearest beech and an easy drive to Girona in Spain and within striking distance of the Costa Brava by car.On the parallel street is a handy Casino convenience store.

Negative: For us, there was nothing that we did not like.

Positive: Super pretty and comfortable, I love the design and it has good space. I was worried about the stairs after reading the reviews but the stairs were absolutely fine and never near dangerous. The flat was very clean and we loved the terrace. We could feel the care and thoughtfulness of the host, coffee machine with pods and water in the fridge - thank you.

Negative: This is just probably my personal preference so not really a negative comment; The bed was standard double and my husband is a big strong man so we struggled a bit lol, I don’t like sharing a large double blanket and the pillows were far too big and hard for me personally. Otherwise the bed was beautifully prepared with a cute cat theme bedding- loved it!

Summary: We would stay again but I will put him on the sofa 🙃
