Check-In Process:
- Please enter through the front entrance, where the 24/7 concierge will greet you and assist with entry.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, please notify us in advance. The concierge will verify that the person checking in matches the name on the reservation.
- Once verified, you’ll be directed to your condo and provided with a digital door code in your arrival instructions.
- Inside the condo, you’ll find a key fob for easy access to the building for the rest of your stay.

- Heating & Air Conditioning:
Our building uses a central boiler/chiller system, meaning the unit provides either heat or air conditioning depending on the season—not both.
- Air is distributed through a fan coil unit located below the windows in each room. You can lift the top panel to adjust the fan speed.
- Seasonal transitions (spring/fall) may bring brief periods of limited temperature control.
- If it becomes unseasonably hot or cold, feel free to request a fan or space heater, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Laundry:
A laundry room is available on the basement level. Detergent is provided.

Pets:
Per our HOA policy, no animals are allowed in the building. Thank you for understanding.

Summary: It was a great stay in a safe building. Everything was close to us. We loved the balcony and enjoyed seeing the city at night. The apartment was exactly as advertised with great hot water. The air also worked great especially since its summer in the south. We only stayed one night but would recommend for anyone traveling into the city.

Summary: I travel a lot and have begun staying in AirB&Bs because they have a sense of home. This 1-bedroom suite was perfect and had all of the amenities I need for business travel. The location in downtown Atlanta is exceptional if you are attending any event in the downtown area. And the property owners were wonderfully attentive and very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Atlanta!

Summary: The place was well done and very clean, everything worked for us in the place. For a short stay is a very good option in Atlanta if you’re looking to be near the uptown, you can go walking everywhere and I definitely come back in a future visit to Atlanta.
