Positive: Our experience at this property was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by peace, nature, and beautiful Tuscan landscapes, yet only a short drive from Siena and with very easy access to all the must-see villages and highlights in the area. It made exploring Tuscany effortless and enjoyable. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and the perfect way to start each day. Communication with the Marco was outstanding! Warm, helpful, and always responsive to anything we needed. His hospitality added a special touch to our stay and made the whole experience even better. If you are looking for a place that combines tranquility, convenience, comfort, and authentic Tuscan charm, this is the perfect choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Positive: Beautiful location, 20 minutes from Siena. The little shop “No.3”, close by, had an excellent range of food and wine with very friendly staff. Veronica prepared breakfast for us daily in the room and although we spoke very little Italian she made us feel very welcome. Our stay here was a welcome respite in between visiting some of the busy cities.

Negative: The bottle opener is still functional but it is slightly damaged. Really there is nothing to complain about.

Summary: A picturesque stay in the Tuscan hills.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at B$B Design! The B&B was new, clean, very well designed. Same for our room, which was two floors, with the bathroom on the second floor. Both the room and bathroom were spacious! We did not use the common area so much, as we usually only came later in the evening. However every morning we had a great breakfast in a kitchen area provided by a B&B staff Veronica, which went an extra mile to make every morning feel special. Selection of savoury and sweet, coffee, fresh juice, yoghurt, you name it! Communication with B&B owner Marco was also very easy and he was very kind to provide us with all tips for nearby cities. Pool was closed in October but we knew in advance, so no surprises. The area itself was really lovely, we walked a bit around in the morning as well as in the evening when we visited nearby hotel for a 5-course dinner. We definitely recommend this place!

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: The place was nice, the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was quite good.

Negative: We knew there was a shared pool, but we didn't know the whole place was shared. So the kitchen and couch is all a common space, keep that in mind. We were on our honeymoon...so more privacy would have been nice. The AC didn't work great. We were in the upstairs bedroom, so it got quite warm. There is a small bar fridge you share with all 3 rooms. You get 1 little shelf. Not an issue, but my husband and I were not aware (pictures look like you get a full kitchen) and so we bought a bunch of food and didn't have anywhere to really put it. There are also a TON of rules to follow. We got like 3 lists of things to remember about the pool and check-ins and parking and where things go and it was a little overwhelming. Overall, it was a beautiful place, we just didn't feel prepared for some of the above details.
