Summary: Perfect hosts, superb accommodation. We were made so welcome, we were sorry to leave. The location is perfect for exploring by car or just walking. A very quiet part of France that has retained its charm.

Summary: We stayed at Chez Ric et Fer for just one night. It is a beautiful town where the B&B is located. As soon as we arrived the house is so beautiful and very picturesque. We were warmly welcomed by them both - what a lovely couple! We had a long journey from England and felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. Unfortunately we arrived at 8pm in the town and the two restaurants had both stopped serving food when we went out to eat - if you are arriving late please book a restaurant in advance to avoid disappointment. The house is SO tastefully decorated, and every detail is thoughtful and chic. Our suite on the top floor was clean and spacious, we loved the room. In the morning we had the pleasure of enjoying a great breakfast with Ric and Fer, and they are just a lovely chatty couple. It was a shame we only stayed for one night and if we ever return we will not hesitate to stay with them again. I even met their cats Groomit and Kiss who also adorable. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay Ric and Fer! If you are ever in Manchester please let us know so we can meet for a drink!

Summary: Everything about our visit was perfect. Lovely room, exceptionally lovely and interesting hosts, historical setting, and friendly pub with good beer just a brief stroll away. So relaxed and welcoming.

Summary: We returned to Ric & Fer’s place after our holiday trip and again found it a most relaxing stay. A warm welcome, a helpful recommendation for dinner, a refreshing and comfortable sleep and a tasty breakfast in the house kitchen with good conversation. We will return, thanks to the great hospitality we enjoyed!

Summary: This is a wonderful B&B which we used for a stopover on our way to Switzerland. Our host Fer was friendly, helpful and kind - the welcome sign on our room summed this up! The room itself was very comfortable; the garden breakfast was traditionally French and very tasty. We will highly recommend this B&B to our friends!

Summary: A great querky find in an amazing location. Very comfortable accommodation, if a little steep on the access to the loft so can be a struggle with suitcases and those not 100% on their feet. The hostess was very accommodating and the continental breakfast would see off a great many 4* hotels. We planned to visit Laon but there was so much to see of the local Castle etc. that we never made it. A revisit is a must

Summary: Definitely recommend to stay "Chez Ric et Fer". We were welcomed by "Fer" in a very warm and nice manner. The room is really large with beautiful interior and has everything you need. We were served wonderful French breakfast in the morning on our room with fresh Croissant, eggs and Baguette. The location is a bit off the main streets but in a beautiful small French village from where you can visit many sights nearby. Great stay!

Summary: One of the best B&B's we have stayed in! Ric and Fer were wonderful hosts, our room in the loft was really quirky, large and very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower and even though it used a macerator (which I have had bad experiences with before - smell/noise) this one was very quiet - no complaints! It was a quiet location in a walled town, which was very pretty. We were there only one night, but would go back without hesitation! Fer gave us some suggestions for dinner in the evening and we had a wonderful meal, with really good service. Breakfast in the morning, was great, typically French, but with ham, cheese and eggs on offer if we had wanted! Would really recommend for a stay in the area to explore.
