Positive: Sam, the owner, who lives in the house, has created a meticulously spotless and comfortable B&B. Well stocked kitchen and numerous places to sit and relax or work or chat with the other guests, inside and out. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. The house has a parking lot. Easy drive to downtown Charlottetown.

Negative: Garden level apartment a little dark.

Summary: Wonderful B&B in spotless house.

Negative: Too many rules. Take your shoes off ect… I ordered one room but when I got there was given another. Load in is tough with very high brick stairs to front door Unremarkable breakfast for the price … fruit, yogurt, juice doughnuts - nothing special

Negative: The property is located a little bit distant from downtown Charlottetown (15-20 min drive), However, the setting is very peaceful.

Positive: There was no formal breakfast which we knew about when we booked, but when we arrived the proprietor explained that there were items available for us to have for breakfast but we did not use this part of the property. The hot water was wonderful with a great shower head. Very quiet place to stay, close to downtown and waterfront, with lots of places to eat close by.

Negative: The front steps are quite steep but the proprietor had explained that to us. We booked the property knowing that there was a railing to assist getting up the stairs so we were fine.

Summary: Great price, quiet clean place to stay, very welcoming proprietor and we'd stay there again!!

Positive: The room was cozy and very clean. Very quiet property also the common area was very nice even though we didn’t use a lot. 24/7 coffee and snack ( fruits, sweets, yogurt, bread and everything that was on the fridge ). Worked perfectly for us. Very close to Charlottetown. There is free parking and the backyard was so beautiful and if the weather is good you can enjoy. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Negative: Since it was Bed and Breakfast would have been perfect if the breakfast was fully served, like egg and bacon included in the price. But as we said we enjoyed because the fridge had enough food for us, just not an actual breakfast.

Summary: Clean, cozy and coffee and food all the time

Positive: The rooms were all superbly decorated and the beds were comfortable (not hard!). It was great to have my own washroom and fridge in my room. The common areas were lovely and I made friends over breakfast and coffee!

Summary: Sam is an excellent host! Very helpful and always smiling. It was like home. ♥️
