Positive: If you stay with Julienne and Patrick you feel instantly at home. They were incredibly kind and helpful with finding the best local guide, planning my ongoing journey, and introducing me to Malagy customs. The breakfast (served at the balcony with incredible views) was fantastic, don’t miss it!

Negative: It was a little bit difficult to find as I was arriving in the dark and there is no sign. But some friendly locals helped me.

Summary: Fantastic homestay experience with breathtaking views over Fianarantsoa.
