Positive: Beautiful property and grounds with excellent facilities

Negative: I was disappointed with the breakfast. For a 5 star hotel I would expect to order a full English breakfast rather than self service buffet. The outdoor swimming pool was closed and we should have been told via our arrival. We were not told this at reception.

Positive: We specifically enjoyed the meals at the hotel, absolute quality throughout, in particular the breakfast was delicious. Staff and service were helpful, friendly and attentive in all areas leading to a feeling of being welcome. The grounds were excellently maintained and we enjoyed a walk to the beach.

Negative: Nothing - really enjoyed our stay, this hotel never disappoints.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, great amenities, throughly enjoyed the spa and pool. Will be back again soon.

Positive: The outdoor is lovely the gardens are amazing and the food is ok . The workers at the hotel were lovely and did their best to serve.

Negative: The rooms are not qualified for a 5 star hotel or for the cost we end up moving and upgrading to the Treehouse which was crazy additional cost but the only option that we could stay in and even then it doesn’t have A/C all across the room only in the bedroom it really need renovation . We came with 2 baby’s and they didn’t tell us that the rooms are on Second floor and there is no elevator so was buggy and children. It’s really not appropriate and also very claustrophobic room.

Summary: If I were to consider recommending a friend- only the treehouse.

Negative: We spent £1500 on 2 nights accommodation, plus £700 on food, alcohol, massages. £330 on 2 60 minute massages!!!! They then had a discretionary service charge on all this, so beware when paying the bill
