Summary: We had a toilet clog and never had service come up we tried calling front dest over and hour about it and had my son report it as well however we had left because we needed facilities before attending our event .

Summary: I had a 3 night stay, And the 1st night i killed a few roaches, morning of day 2, i killed some in the bathroom, Immediately i went to the front, and my room was changed once i expressed my issues. Second room had no roaches, but i didn't unpack !! The area is quiet, and the pool was the only highlight

Summary: Good except the TV was unwatchable after 30-60 minutes. The signal would be intermittent and eventually no signal at all.

Summary: Just a tired hotel, the shower diverter was broken making the shower very difficult to use, the bathroom door was shattered, the carpets felt like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were no linens on blanket or pillows for the pull out couch, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was decent and affordable.

Summary: The carpet in the hallways and rooms smells. The person at the desk tried to find a room, and after three tries, we found one that didn't smell quite as bad as the others. The breakfast for $10.00 was no bargain and was pretty sparse. The three pillows on the beds were so thin that they equalled one normal sized pillow. The television control didn't work unless you were six inches from the t.v.. The staff in general tried to be helpful, but were greatly hampered by the facility. Oh, and I also got stuck in one of the antique elevators, until a workman showed up to help. Fortunately, it was only a minute as the guy was already coming to work on it. A sign would have been nice. Place needs a total upgrade.
