Positive: Quaint and centrally located - breakfast was a gourmet delight. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Negative: It took a while for hot water to arrive at the bathroom sink but the shower/tub was faster.

Summary: It was so nice I will stay again when in Columbia.

Positive: It is beautifully presented and like a living piece of history. It is immaculately clean and the hosts are very welcoming and happy to share the story and history of the house. Staying at Chesnut cottage ticked off so many must do things of our U.S southern road trip.

Positive: Ken and Crystal were so attentive to any of our needs. Breakfast was a gourmet experience. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Ken kept the conversations going among all of the guests as well in the beautiful garden that won my heart seeing the southern roses that only blume in the fall. It's no doubt that they love this historic inn. I hope that you are fortunate as us to stay at the Chestnut Cottage

Negative: Bathroom lighting for my husband to shave.
