Positive: We stayed at this house as a large group attending an event. The property is close to the town, the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: The house was dated and many items did not work on arrival. Some of the rooms had leaky windows and a bad draft at night.

Positive: Booked for 11 people and the house was perfect the pictures don't do the size of the place justice, it has mostly everything you needed I do think where the washing machine is needs sorted out properly to make it actually usable but if it's not for a long stay we didn't actually need it, but everyone absaloutly loved the time we had there and the location is great

Negative: The front door is a bit fiddly to lock and unlock the thing and it locks behind you if you walk out hahaha

Positive: The property was big, with en suites in all the bedrooms, plenty of social space, great space for the group 😊 Had a good feel to the place, I’ll happily visit again.

Negative: A couple of the showers didn’t work to well, but there were enough to just go in another one, so no big deal. The kitchen could have done with more things, like cheese grater, pans, coffee and tea pots etc but not everyone wants to cook, we were a big group who self catered if we ate out it wouldn’t have even been noticed, so again only a small thing really.

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend at this property with our extended family group of 11, ranging from teenagers to grandparents. The location couldn't have been better - just a pleasant 5-minute walk to Blackpool's Golden Mile, so close enough to easily access all the attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings without any disturbance from late-night entertainment venues. The accommodation was spot-on for a large family group. Every bedroom came with its own ensuite, which was a real bonus and meant no queuing for bathrooms in the mornings! The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-presented. The hot tub was a massive hit with everyone - from the teenagers to the grandparents, we all made good use of it throughout our stay. However, the absolute star of the property was the bar area. Set up just like a proper pub, it became our family headquarters for the weekend. We spent hours there playing card games, the kids loved pretending to be pub landlords, and it gave us the perfect space to all gather together as one big family. It really made the holiday special and gave us somewhere brilliant to socialise and create memories. The property is ideally suited for large family groups and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a Blackpool base that combines convenience with comfort. We'll certainly be looking to book again for future family get-togethers.
