Positive: This was a great stay, it felt like being in a hotel. The space is modern, spacious, and our room was comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything there is to see in the city. We also received a free room upgrade, and the staff were helpful in arranging our breakfast as a takeaway due to our early checkout. The breakfast was modest but good. We would definitely come back again.

Negative: Everything was great. The only small thing for the staff to consider (nothing bad, but it would improve the overall experience) is that we mentioned an early check-out several times, but no one addressed how our key should be returned and how our deposit would be returned (no one was there at 7am when we left, the reception only opens at 8am). If we hadn’t asked ourselves, we’re not sure how we would have received our money back.
