Positive: Room was very spacious and quiet. Ideal for a quiet getaway at this time of year. Loved the balcony bath. Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.

Negative: At dinner time in the upstairs restaurant our meals were not served at the same time. My husband was served his duck. We waited Over 10 minutes for the rice to be served. We had to ask when it did not come. By then the duck was cold. My daughter ind my meal was served well after my husband had finished. Not really acceptable at this standard of Hotel.

Positive: This is my second time staying there. Good location if you are making a short stop and going back to the airport, but far from the city center. Great friendly staff who will help you order a taxi to any place, it could be the metro station or the airport. Wonderful breakfast, where staff meets you and asks about your wishes. Every dish is cooked at the open kitchen. Incredibly beautiful territory, where you can calmly walk and enjoy the views. I definitely recommend visiting
