Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, and stylish space. This will be your home away from home oasis! This chique, 2 Bedroom cottage is ultra cozy and ENTIRELY updated in 2021! Just minutes from Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus in Silvis! Absolutely perfect for traveling nurses and other professionals, or anyone looking for a place to have to themselves.
The Space:
2 Beds, 1 bath home with living room, kitchen and a small 4-season room. 2-car detached garage is also included and comes with a remote, as well as the capability to open/close doors with an app! Washer and Dryer are in the basement down a set of stairs.
Guest Access:
Guests may park in the driveway, or in the garage. There is a sidewalk that leads you to the back house entrance.
The Neighborhood:
A quite neighborhood, on a dead-end street. Only a couple houses beyond this one means very low traffic.
Getting Around:
For guests who don't bring their own car, there is a local cab company called Lucky Cabs based in Rock Island, IL. Ubers are also sometimes available.

This home is located on a dead end street. It is a quiet neighborhood, but not far from everything you need in town (east Moline or Silvis).

Summary: The house was very clean and functional for our short stay. Beds were comfortable and nice bathroom. We had to shut the windows at night as the German Shepherd dog across the street was barking a great deal. I felt bad for him for being tied up. Thank you.
