Positive: Pretty clean place, great staff with a lot of extra ameneties you can pay for. Laundry service was good

Negative: Expensive for such a crowded room (triple decker bunk beds). I know it's HK but still... it's a lot. Entrance door could definitely be marked better as well

Positive: The location is good, 7 mins walk from a metro and only 30 minutes walk from centre. Close to harbour, some nightlife, restaurants etc. The staff were kind and helpful and extending was easy. The properly is very clean and showers had good water pressure and hot water.

Negative: The handle on the dorm room is a little tricky, and I would often to be woken by people struggling to use it. Signage on the door would be useful. During the day the majority of the room doors are propped open which was unusual.
