Summary: Poor reception specially at check out. They asked for extra bed fees while our reservation includes room for three guests with breakfast. And it was clear in the reservation that the room is fully paid except the city tax which we have to pay at the hotel. We showed the reception guy our booking details but he didn’t listen. Its our 3rd hotel in Czech and no one asked for this extra fees since we pre-paid the reservation by expedia while booking time .

Summary: Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my stay near Prague. This hotel was close to the city, it was very clean and staff was really friendly and patient with my questions as it was my first time in the Czech Republic. They helped me figure out the best time to visit certain sights in the city, best time to dodge traffic and navigate to where I wanted to go, amongst many other helpful things. I really loved the area around the hotel where I could walk around. I highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to stay here again when I visit Prague.

Summary: The grounds were beautiful and the overall stay way such a wonderful contrast from the noise of Prague city center. I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve ever had at their wellness center. Food was delicious.
