Positive: Everything was as promised: a quiet, clean and comfortable room. Visitors should be sure to stay at the Chateau Nova - there is another Nova hotel in town which does not appear to be as nice as the Chateau.

Negative: The parking lot is under construction and we had to remind housekeeping to make up our room late in the afternoon. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Summary: We would stay at the Chateau Nova if we were to visit Yellowknife again.

Positive: I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was a good size, had a proper fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Location good, close to downtown, 5-10 minutes walk from the grocery store. The laundry room was useful (small though) and was only 2 bucks per machine.

Negative: The AC was very noisy and you couldn’t adjust it, we had to unplug it to turn it off. The curtains could have been bigger to block the light. Overall a good stay, would stay again.
