Positive: An absolutely wonderful stay at Imchillil Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to all common areas. A special heartfelt thank you to Ms. Mina and Mr. Hassan for their exceptional hospitality, warm attitude, and great attention to detail. They truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back again!

Positive: It was an amazing, extra ordinary stay in the Haut Atlas mountains. We were warmly welcomed by the owner lady with tea and cookies. They gave us an upgrade and we got a super nice hugh room with mountain view. The room is nicely decorated with typical marrocain, berber style furnitures and things. Everything is super clean which is difficult in this dusty area. The bathroom was nice too, water pressure is great and hot water too. The dinner, salade marrocain, Harira soup, olives, dades and fruit desert was very tasty and decorated very nice. All made by the owners lady and another woman. The breakfast was also great. We felt very good, slept very good, too bad that we stayed only 1 night. We can highly recommand this place. The whole house is well maintained. Thanks to Mohammed and his wife. Note: The place is 2200 meter high, it can be cool.

Positive: Lovely staff although owner away but good communication via phone and housekeeper cooked a delicious meal. They also upgraded us to the suite room which was available.

Negative: It felt a little bleak at first as we arrived on a cool cloudy day and it was tucked away in centre of town and I was expecting a lake view for some reason.

Summary: A little misleading to call it a chateau 😂
