Positive: We liked the parkland location, the amazing views and the ambience of a traditional french chateau. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even our dogs were welcomed

Negative: We booked late so our fault but there was a very limited menu choice when we arrived. However, what we were served was excellent, as was the wine

Positive: A beautiful house and location with stunning views. Lots of walks including one across the Seine - with free river crossing - to the local abbey and village for lunch. Very dog-friendly which was a big plus

Negative: Nothing really; it’s not a hotel so once you accommodate that then you don’t compare it to a mainstream hotel with “ordinary” facilities

Positive: An absolutely excellent hotel in a stunning setting. The only reason we did not rate this as "a 10" was due to fact that the evening meal, whilst good, did not quite reach the quality of the rest of the offer.
