Summary: From the moment we arrived, receiving the warmest of welcomes, we throughly enjoyed our stay at Château du Bruges. The attention to detail and quality, from the rooms, to the food, made for the best stay in our extended French trip. The hosts also make good use of lovely local produce and take time to explain them. Guests are extremely well catered for, to a standard commensurate with highest quality establishments. In summary, we would highly recommend Château du Bruges to anyone considering a visit to this area and commend the hosts, Jake and Danielle for their exemplary standards of service.

Summary: We had an amazing overnight stay in this beautiful chateau which is being lovingly restored to a very high standard. We received a lovely welcome from Graham & Rachel who looked after us very well during our stay. The gardens and surrounding area are also beautiful and provided plenty of walking opportunities for our dog. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Summary: Jake, Danielle, Graham, dog Merlin and cat Curious are a great team. We stayed there twice during our recent month in France. A highlight was having dinner around the common table with other guests as well as our hosts. After our first stay we really looked forward to returning at the end of the trip for another night—and another dinner! Nice lake nearby for walking, too.

Summary: Great hosts made us feel very welcome. Their transformation of the chateau is work in progress. The bedrooms have been refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional luxury. There is a more traditional feel in the salon and dining room. There is an extensive garden with a peaceful ambience. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to seeing the progress they've made in a year or two.

Still undergoing renovations but clearly they are a talented team It doesn’t have a bar or restaurant but we were made to feel very welcome by the family and joined them for dinner Breakfast was also very nice.
